About the Space
Victorian style space ideal for small photography and/or small music video shoots. As of now the living room and bathroom are available to shoot in. Living Room: Red, Gold, and Black Decor Comes with any furniture, props, and some limited wardrobe as seen Bathroom: Peacock themed. Blue, Green, and Gold Decor Office: Used as green room for talent, HMUA, crew, etc. Both locations are open to film, including the kitchen if needed for any reason, just let us know what areas you are interested in using. There are grocery stores, multiple banks, and a Target within a 5-10 minute distance.

This space was perfect for our small photoshoot. The candles on the wall were a cute touch! We lit the candles and had some witchy vibes. The photos paint an accurate picture of the space, especially from the camera’s lens. Easy street parking. Would recommend!

This location was great for my shoot. Making a horror movie and it had the perfect ambiance. We had 3 actors and 5 crew members with plenty of room. Audio was great, suburban location. Kitchen was spacious enough for crafty. Big porch for people to relax during lunch. Perfect eccentric house. Valerie was amazing. We were running late and she let us stay an extra hour, no problem. Valerie was welcoming and gave us privacy. And she works in the biz so she understood what we were doing. She even texted me when someone accidentally left their pocket change. Very honest host and the best price.
