COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
The space has the following features:

About the Space

We provide peaceful and comfortable accommodations during the COVID-19 outbreak, including for those who may be in need of temporary office space because of city and state restrictions. This home features an open concept layout between the living room, dining room and kitchen. Its perfect for people who want to work in a comfortable and spacious environment that is clean and sanitary. The home also features a spacious backyard where you can relax and work. Please note that we can only allow 10 people max per reservation due to city restrictions. Free onsite parking is available along the long driveway. Technology offerings include Ultra High-Speed Internet, a 50" Smart ROKU TV with an HDMI cable for screen sharing. We also provide an Apple TV and Chromecast if you are looking to screen share wirelessly. Cable TV is also included. For easy access to the home, we installed keyless entry locks. A Google Nest Thermostat is available to set the temperature to your comfort. Filtered water is available from the Stainless Steel fridge as well as snacks for your enjoyment. We can provide daily or weekly cleaning services based on your preference (for an additional fee).

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
