We give you the freedom to arrange the space however you like for your photography, video, interview, film. We accommodate space rentals hourly, daily, or monthly access, depending on what your project requires. Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak, we will be temporarily lowering the hourly rate by 25% (from March 18 - April 18) to allow people to still create during this tough time. If you are feeling sick, please let us know and we will work with you on rescheduling or canceling your booking. This space is constantly deep cleaned after each use but we will be taking extra steps to make sure space is sanitized and clean before the start of each day.
