All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Parking is a breeze! Enjoy the 2 CAR garage which is available to all guests upon request! For any additional vehicles there is ample street parking available, right outside the home.

Yes, I would book again.
I had a video shoot planned at another Peerspace location, when the host failed to reply I immediately contacted Jay and he was swift in his responses. The space was immaculate and exactly as advertised, the neighborhood was beautiful and friendly, and the parking was convenient. I was able to book this space the same day I planned the shoot and get everything completed. Thanks a ton Jay, definitely recommend this space.
