Our rep was great and was so helpful and patient getting our laptop to connect to the big screen. Front desk staff seemed useless. Every-time we would ask for assistance if felt as if I was bothering them. Space is smaller than what you see in the picture. If you plan on having food catered in there is limited space to place the food in the room and we couldn't get anyone to pick up the trash from breakfast and lunch during our entire meeting. We had 15ppl so you can imagine what the trash looked like. I'm not sure if I would book again. Only if last resort.
