About the Space
We have just built 2 new studios in our space. NOW "contactless broadcast TV studios ” OR we can drop off remote contactless portable studios” for webcasting, internal meetings and live TV Network interviews. One studio is soundproof and 25' x 40' and has a large green screen wall, a cozy corner and tons of black or grey drape. we can provide all of the needed production equipment and crews or you can bring your own and rent the empty studio with lights. we are flexible.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This space was amazing. I highly recommend to anyone considering using it. It was absolutely perfect for the promo video we shot and the all of the equipment in the space was functional and helped perfectly. The host was kind, responsive, and helpful before and during the shoot.
