All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

My group loved the venue! We’re very particular about where we have gatherings and the house did not disappoint. We also appreciate the flexibility from Carlos. We will definitely return should we have future events in the area, especially when it’s warmer so that we can enjoy the outdoor space.

The entire property was sooo nice. The entry was super simple and easy to gain access to. The yard was amazing and had all the perks we needed. Carlos communicated with us very well. I will recommend this booking to anyone I know. Thanks again.

No, I would not book again.

Carlos was really nice, however I was a bit annoyed because I booked hookahs for this event based off the general description which said no smoking in the house and I attended an event they had hookahs but outside. I want to say a day before Carlos sends a message saying the rules are no smoking on the property at all. I told him that wasn't in the initial booking rules and he said he could make an exception for an additional fee and I said absolutely not. So I had to cancel my hookah booking and lose out on a deposit. Also if we have to pay for each hour that we are in the space, I expected Mr. Carlos to be there waiting for me to open the door...I had to wait for him. Beautiful property though.

Beautiful place to host a party or intimate event. Loved the entire place and Carlos was very helpful and attentive. Definitely would book again!
