All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Beautiful furnished garage apartment just north of downtown on the property of a historic home. The many windows in this art-filled space allow for plenty of natural light. Thoughtfully curated vintage furniture outfit the open concept living/dining space and bedroom. Full gourmet kitchen is stocked and ready for entertaining. Great space for photo shoots and remote work.

Ample street parking available. Large driveway available if discussed and agreed upon prior to event.
General Rules
-No smoking inside the apartment allowed.
-No overnight stays
-No loud music after 10pm
-Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors
-All rentals include setup and teardown time
-Furniture must be moved back to where you found it
-Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
-Front door must be locked upon departure from the space; please use key code provided

Security cameras and recording devices
Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
