Great space for video and music production with sound booth, space to work, and brainstorming. Studio space equipped with music workstation, couch, and extra seating. Galaxy lighting for an outer space like atmosphere to spark creativeness. Space has access to a restroom and a kitchenette with microwave.

There is parking in the front parking lot and back parking lot.
General Rules
Outside food and drink allowed. Separate flat fee for use of studio equipment to set up guest profiles.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
