  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Great for meetings for up to 80. Room seating occupancy: Of course you can bring more chairs, but as is... Sunroom- seating for 5; Dinning room- 8; Living room- 11. Backyard for day time use primarily or up until 10pm. Available on Air Bnb for overnight accomodations: 4 bd + 3 ba 30 cars can park immediately around the house on the street. Uber & Lyft available in area.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.

Villa Princessa was the perfect venue for my daughter’s quinceanera! It is gorgeous inside and out and worked out perfect for our drive-by/parade. Our closest family and friends enjoyed spending a beautiful afternoon with us there. We got so many beautiful pictures there that will last a lifetime. Only discrepancy was being asked for a security deposit on the day of event which was not part of the original listing when I booked. This added unnecessary stress as I was trying to unload and set-up. This should have been done earlier in the booking process. Other than that ALL worked out well :)
