All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
We are referushing an old dry cleaners in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. This space can be used for so many purposes: an event, dance class , painting class, show, instructional class, video or photoshoot 800 square feet of space. It features: A full wall of mirrors A bar area A stage Sound activated Led lights pointed towards the stage The space can be arranged per event. It does not include the furniture in the picture. Funiture, Tables, addition light, ice maker, extension cords and projector can be rented for an additional fee The price is $150 an hour after 11:30pm

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

This was a horrific experience. • Clear Instructions were not provided. Could not locate the entrance, which resulted in a late start. • I attempted to call/message the host - she never answered the phone after repeated calls nor returned messages. • The venue was a poor reflection of the picture provided. I failed to do my due diligence, because had I been given the opportunity to view this venue beforehand - I would have never spent a penny. Then this lady/host has the nerve to try to charge me for an extra half hour for her negligence in providing better directives. The place literally looked like it was being held together by paste and duck tape. Never will I use this service again! Horrific encounter. I wish I could give this place 0 stars....even 1 star is a courtesy for this place!

The venue wasn’t what I expected and during my booking the power kept going out. The venue host was very accommodating even with the issue.
