All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Centrally located between Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater Florida, our offsite studio is a full featured production rental studio available for film, video, and still photography, with a large 23'x23'x16' hard cyclorama wall, overhead lighting, full kitchen, makeup room, bathroom with shower, client office that looks down into the studio, highspeed wireless network, Wi-Fi printer, 12' drive-in garage door, Plexiglass shooting table, 9' camera stand, 20'x20' green screen, wall flats, background papers, 4'x8' sheets of Foamcore, apple boxes, light stands, AirPlay ready.
