All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Adams Design Studio offers professional photography studio rental for photo shoots and video productions. Our space is located in Merrillville, Indiana which is about 30-40 mins away from Chicago. We have over 500 square ft in studio space which includes a large bathroom, office area, meeting area, waiting area as well as studio area. Our space is perfect for working with individuals or small groups. The space can be used for headshots, creative shoots, product photography, simple green screen work and much more. Equipment Included in Your Booking There are various backgrounds that are available for use including pop up backgrounds (brown and grey) as well as Muslin backdrops (black, white, blue, red, dark blue, and green screen). - See Ad Ons Lighting: 2- Bi-Color Dimmable LED Lights with Softbox are also available. Computer: Guest access to a iMac onsite during your rental (Loaded with Final Cut Pro, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office) - See Ad Ons Parking: Free Onsite Parking in our Parking Lot Note: Due to the business agreement of the studio, there will be a studio manager available to allow entry into studio. The manager on site will remain in the space during booking times, however they will not disturb the creative process.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
