All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
If you are looking for a creative space look no further !! My creative space is conveniently located in the Fashion District of Los Angeles. It has been utilized in the past for a variety of uses including but not limited to ( Events /Photo & Video/Meetings/Pop up businesses/ Sip and Paints and much more. This upstairs loft style space can be transformed into anything your little heart desires. With an open floor plan , kitchen area , stage and private room we are sure your needs will be met. We also have a verity of lights, fog machines and dj equipment at your disposal.

General Rules
Smoking is permitted on balcony not inside the actual space. Outside catering is allowed and is recommended. Alcohol is allowed on premises but can not be sold without permit. No one under 21 under no circumstance will be served alcohol. Any altercations or violation of the above rules and regulations will result in one warning followed by a none refundable termination of use. Chairs and tables will be included at no additional cost. Table clothes and decorations are negotiable.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
