Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Since the space is vacant, the COVID-19 risk is significantly mitigated. That being said, we're taking additional precautions to further reduce the risk of transmission, namely:
1) All high touch surfaces are regularly cleaned and disinfected.
2) Bookings will be provided disinfectant.
3) Bookings are recommended to keep the front door open to increase airflow.
4) Bookings will be provided COVID-19 guideline printouts.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
Highly visible pop-up retail & gallery space directly below the Venice Sign with heavy foot traffic from locals and visitors alike. This historic space has street frontage to Windward Avenue, exposed brick, wood trusses, and concrete flooring. The floor space totals approximately 670 square feet - composed of 470 sf of front pop-up/retail/gallery space, 100 sf of backroom/stockroom space, and a ~100 upper mezzanine level. The interior has ceiling lighting, fans, electrical outlets, and a bathroom. Next door to Menotti's Coffee, Gran Blanco (high-end restaurant & bar), Great White (high-end restaurant), and Hotel Erwin.

General Rules
Tenant required to have any necessary permits for events
Tenant required to have adequate insurance in place for the planned activities in the space with Host listed as a named insured
No smoking in the space
No excessively loud music
No pets unless authorized by the host
All rentals include setup and teardown time
Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
Front door must be locked upon departure from the space
Please return the space as you found it
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
Lessee shall obtain and keep in force a Commercial General Liability policy of insurance protecting Lessee and Lessor as an additional insured against claims for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage based upon or arising out of the ownership, use, occupancy or maintenance of the Premises and all areas appurtenant thereto. Such insurance shall be on an occurrence basis providing single limit coverage in an amount not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence with an annual aggregate of not less than $2,000,000. Lessee shall add Lessor as an additional insured by means of an endorsement at least as broad as the Insurance Service Organization's "Additional Insured-Managers or Lessors of Premises" Endorsement.

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
