All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This newly remodeled basement Suite in the historic Pioneer Building is private warm and ready for your serious collaborative meeting or a one on one meeting or counseling session. Located with a private entrance behind 1st Street, you can choose to stay quiet and private or launch out into the trendy and rustic downtown restaurant and shopping scene of Historic Downtown Snohomish. The space sports a large meeting room with comfortable chairs and couches or or our conference chairs can quickly be arranged around a table for a more formal gathering. Food is allowed onsite as prearranged with the hosts. The adjacent offers is cosy and private and perfect for a one on one meeting or counseling session. Please note that because this is a historic building there is no elevator or wheel chair access to the basement suite. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

Parking description

Unfortunately our building in downtown Snohomish has no designated parking spaces. We can pre-arrange a spot to unload equipment before repacking on the street.

General Rules

All meetings and functions will have a host staff member present. Since this is a shared space with a film Production school, strict end times must be observed. Absolutely no smoking in accordance with Washington Law, which means smoking is not allowed pithing 15 feet of the building. Attendees cannot congregate on the porch or entry hall as this is a fire exit for other businesses in the building. All food and beverage service must be approved by the hosts prior to meeting or event.

Security cameras and recording devices

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
