All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

The Creative Oasis offers a studio area for portrait photography. Our Backdrops vary in color, but are included in the space as well as C-stands. We also provide a workstation for creative editing and collaboration. Our living space can be used for photo/video scenes and we also have a backyard as well! The whole space ios photo/video friendly!

General Rules

no smoking no children under 12 Maximum of 15 people Activities that leave long term residue are prohibited such as: art projects that stain floors/walls or Lingering smells such as a fish fry or seafood boils. Please no shoes inside

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
