About the Space
Private rentals available for parties, business events, classes, product launches, music videos, live music performance and recording, photography. Seating for 60, can be configured for up to 100 people. ** Full restaurant, specialty coffee, and bar available. Free parking lot and free street parking next to venue. We have a complete live music setup available with 18 channel digital mixer and full multitrack recording capability, with audio engineering services available. Rental hours - Music Studio services 7PM to 6AM. Rental hours - Non-Music services 3PM - 2AM. **Covid 19 regulations may reduce capacity**

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Ryan was AWESOME. He went above and beyond to help me set up, meeting with me and being detail-oriented, even taking his own initiative to make sure things went smoothly. I felt he was part of my personal event team and really cared about my success as well as his. Friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and a passionate supporter of the arts! The place was also as advertised - a cool little arts joint that my guests really enjoyed. Other film people started asking him about the place too, and I felt I made a lifelong community ally.

Ryan permitted us to come view his venue a few weeks before the event. The space appeared as it was advertised - and even better in person! he asked what we were planning and he did everything he could to accommodate what we wanted to do for the birthday party. On the day of the event, Ryan was very helpful and very hands on to ensure our event went smoothly. We had poets who spoke and we set up food in a buffet style. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a space that is classy and has a nice "cafe" feel to it.

Absolutely amazing! I hosted a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend and his sister and I was able to decorate and bring in some snacks. The atmosphere was great and Ryan was super helpful throughout the whole night.
