COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on state and local guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has additional space outdoors
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

About the Space

Private rentals available for parties, business events, classes, product launches, music videos, live music performance and recording, photography. Seating for 60, can be configured for up to 100 people. Full restaurant, specialty coffee, and bar available. Free parking lot and free street parking next to venue. We have a complete live music setup available with 18 channel digital mixer and full multitrack recording capability, with audio engineering services available. Rental hours - Music Studio services 7PM to 6AM. Rental hours - Non-Music services 3PM - 2AM.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Ryan permitted us to come view his venue a few weeks before the event. The space appeared as it was advertised - and even better in person! he asked what we were planning and he did everything he could to accommodate what we wanted to do for the birthday party. On the day of the event, Ryan was very helpful and very hands on to ensure our event went smoothly. We had poets who spoke and we set up food in a buffet style. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a space that is classy and has a nice "cafe" feel to it.

Yes, I would book again.

Absolutely amazing! I hosted a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend and his sister and I was able to decorate and bring in some snacks. The atmosphere was great and Ryan was super helpful throughout the whole night.
