All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Clean minimal studio for photoshoots, video shoots, vodcasting, podcasting or meetings. The 700 sq. ft. space consists of a 15'x20' shooting area with 9' ceilings. Multiple backdrops to choose from (white, light gray, dark gray, black, lavender, blue jay, red, abstract tan & abstract sage). Two seating areas available for vodcasting, podcasting or to chill during shoots. Studio can be blacked out for complete lighting control. Included Equipment Available: (2) Aputure 120d II w/ Godox 35" or 45" dome diffusers. (1) Godox SL60W (1) Aputure LS mini20d w/ multiple color gel options. (2) Neewer NL660 LED bi-color panel light. (1) Godox QS800II Studio Strobe Flash w/ remote trigger. (1) Godox AD200 TTL Flash w/ remote trigger. (1) Godox V860IIs TTL Flash w/ remote trigger. (2) Shure SM7B microphone w/ cloud diffuser. All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Logan was great very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. He made sure that me and my model felt very comfortable in his studio. I would highly recommend renting this studio space. Every time I have a shoot in Austin I will definitely be renting Logan’s space.
