- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

About the Space
Gameday? Craft day? Teambuilding? Small shower or party? Conference, seminar, or retreat? Need a place to take photos or videos with beautiful exposed bricks with natural light? Let me tell you about our space. Find us on the second floor (elevator accessible) of a quiet & secure commercial/residential building just one block away from the Chicago River. The space boasts 2000+ square feet of beautiful lofted mixed-use space including 4 comfortable tufted blue couches, 3 bar tables with 6 chairs in the open space, a dartboard, 10 individual desks with computer chairs, a kitchenette (refrigerator, freezer, sink, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, water filter, and Keurig), two private bathrooms in-unit, a full conference room (with a smart TV, a dry erase board, 6 chairs, and a walkout balcony), a large coat/storage closet, two private ~9x7 foot rooms each with desk/chairs/closeable door, and last but not least a larger private room with 2 desks/tables and a huge exposed brick window sill. The main area offers significant open/empty space to allow for making yourself at home. The unit has wifi and a total of 4 dry-erase boards. Let me just say every time a Peerspace Renter sees the space in person, they say the pictures don't do it justice. The space is welcoming, energizing, comfortable, and breathtaking. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Wonderful experience - from booking to ongoing communication with Laci to day-of check in. This was my first go at Peerspace and couldn't be happier. As for the space, it was wonderful. We needed a visually-appropriate corporate setting for a video shoot with our execs and were very happy with the cleanliness, sound proofing, dynamic/scenic displays and additional office space (conf room, cubicles, etc.) to accommodate private work matters. We will absolutely be filming here again!
