All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Rancho Los 7 is a little outdoor gem. Its rustic, simple and authentic country lifestyle is ideal setting for small wedding celebrations, quinceanera, sweet sixteens, anniversary parties, birthday parties and more. We have a separate space where we place all of our vendors and a huge place to accommodate any jumpers or activities to entertain children. We can also include our horse is the package.

Its a 2 acre Ranch and it fits about 40-50 cars.

General Rules

Outside catering is allowed and event insurance is required for big events. You also need to rent out your own portable restroom but not to worry because we have a great list of vendors.

All ages are allowed in the space

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
