All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Beautifully decorated modern open commercial space ideal for a conference, a ball or a smaller wedding. Very unique structure in the heart of South First Street. The open ceiling concept reveals the old wooded structure of the ceiling which blends with the modern style of the space. The main area can accommodate a band many tables, or any other setup the guests desire. The large open kitchen has a gorgeous 10 foot Balinese wooden table. The space has three fully equipped bathrooms, one roomy ADA bath with shower. One main large room comes with the space, and several rooms surrounding the main area are available as well, as per demand. A beautiful deck with a centennial trees give character and create a beautiful atmosphere outdoors. There is a 25 space parking lot in the property which can also be integrated to the event activities as extra outdoor space. PETS: Pets are allowed in all outdoor spaces. There is a small fenced inner garden with trees where pets are welcome. Pets are NOT allowed in the indoor space. The space is ADA accessible. From the parking lot through the front door, there is easy wheelchair access to the building.

General Rules

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
