- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

-Modern, quiet and bright Conference Room in a newly renovated historical office building in downtown San Mateo. - This office space has just remodeled with new hardwood floors, kitchenette and office furniture. - Located only one block away from CalTrain station & great restaurants. - Comfortably accommodates meetings of up to 10 participants around the large conference table -Great for team meetings, board meetings, sales meetings, training sessions and general office use. -Modern kitchenette with non-alcoholic mini bar and complementary healthy snacks -Fiber optics internet connection for strong WIFI, 70" TV Monitor, Apple tv and large white board. - Spacious outside patio to accommodate 10 guests for breakout sessions or lunch. -Located on the first floor with a private entrance. - On site host with quick response to your business needs. - Fresh Peets / Starbucks coffee, assorted teas, tableware, mugs and small platers ready for your use. - Hand sanitizer, napkins and wipes are provided. - Your company name would always get posted on the door and we provide easy directions for your guests in the parking lot. - If you need additional assistance please let us know.
