SMOKING POLICY Smoking or vaping is NOT permitted inside the home. Illegal Drug use is not permitted anywhere on the property. If smoking outdoors, all cigarette butts must be placed in trash. Violation of these rules may result in eviction and/or loss of all monies. PARTY POLICY Parties are strictly prohibited in this home. HOME SECURITY Home Security Features: There are video cameras in the front and back of the home. Cameras only show video footage no audio is recorded ANIMALS Dogs considered depending on breed with a $50 per pet daily fee for pets. Up to 2 dogs are allowed on the premises. Pets are permitted only with prior approval and with completed Pet Addendum and pet fee. CARS ON PROPERTY No more than 4 cars can park at the property (street parking included). Please carpool if necessary. These are the city of palm springs restrictions for our property. POOL USE Guest should be aware that pools and backyard area can be dangerous. No diving. There is no lifeguard on Duty. Do not leave children unsupervised near the pool or Jacuzzi. No glassware is permitted in the pool area. Please use plastic drinking cups provided to you. *Pool can be heated with 24hr notice for $100 a day. Heat recommended Oct-May.. No additional charge for heating jacuzzi only.
