Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The space is well cleaned on a nightly basis. There is hand sanitizer (and a sink for hand washing) and disposable masks available when you arrive. The space is 800 sq feet, so a handful of folks can be in the space and comfortably keep their distance. The two windows and the suite door can be opened to create more air flow as well as the air conditioning unit can be turned on for more air circulation.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

The Tabletop Studio is a rentable, 800 square feet, natural light photo studio designed for food, beverage, product and lifestyle brands and creatives. The studio is stocked with a wide array of modern tabletop props and surfaces. It’s equipped with a full kitchen including a stove, fridge and dishwasher.

Parking description

There is pay-per-hour city street parking right outside the building that is typically available, and a surface lot for all day parking right next to the building (at the corner of Davis and NW Second)

Lighting description

There are four south facing windows and one east facing window that let in lots of natural light. There are also large black and white boards to help block and bounce the light however you dream up. The best exposure in the east facing corner, there is bright light there all day (best from 9:30 - 5:30) There is plenty of room to set up studio lights as well away from windows.

Space is not soundproof

There is some noise from the street, all appliances and AC can be turned off if needed.

There are many outlets in the space, the circuit breaker is in the hallway and can be accessed if needed.

General Rules

Photo shoots and small gatherings are allowed in the space any day of the week. Please no smoking, and be very careful with props and surfaces, they will be your responsibility to replace if broken.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Feel free to move around anything you need, there should be plenty of space to keep everything in the suite.
