About the Space

Beautiful light-filled warehouse in prime Little Italy location on Kettner Blvd. Our vintage warehouse is perfect for photo / video shoots, conferences, events and meetings. Wide open floor plan, with multiple private rooms, prep areas and multi-stall restrooms. White walls, concrete floors and wood ceiling with beautiful windows and skylights.

Beautiful, large, clean space in a great location and it was an easy, seamless rental experience. Great light and I would definitely rent for a photo shoot again. The two lounge areas are nicely decorated and there are plenty of bathrooms.

The space was even more than expected. Very spacious, clean and the interior designing of the place was amazing. Lastly The customer service handled by Chad was attentive and thorough. Look forward to working with Zack and Chad in the future.
