About the Space
Palm is a combination of a lounge, full kitchen, basement speakeasy, conference room, and studio or co-working space. We have hosted full day wellness gatherings, workshops, holiday parties, and beyond. There is an eclectic assortment of rooms, the perfect place to imagine anything you want to create.

M-F 9am-4pm there are approximately 12-15 open spaces
Evenings and weekends 26 available

General Rules
Smoking only on patio.
No throwing cigarette butts, proper disposal in ash tray.
We professionally clean before and after events but you are responsible for basic control and cleanliness and disposal of trash while using the spaces.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
