STUDIO 2 is a beautiful 800 square foot space consisting of a 16' x 16' white cyc wall, central cooling/heating, make-up station with lighted vanity. This space is perfect for shooting fashion, e-commerce, portrait, and commercial productions with team size of 2 to 15 people. The studio comes with a SKYLIGHT that produces stunning natural light diffused to create a soft glow projected onto the white cyc wall. We also have photo and video lighting kits available to rent so you can avoid the hassle of lugging around additional gear for your shoot (scroll down to our add-ons to get a detailed list of our gear). STUDIO 1 (cute boho room) is lit with ARTIFICIAL LIGHT ONLY - this is NOT a natural light studio - which means it's perfect to shoot at all times of day! This studio includes the following: • Bright Continuous LED Light w/ softbox diffusion • Bright Continuous LED Light w/ china ball diffusion • All furniture + props currently in the studio Additional Features & Amenities: - CENTRAL COOLING/HEATING - Ceiling fans - Panel-boarded walls to reduce ambient sound (great for audio recording) - Make-up station has dedicated circuits for high wattage hair tools - Mini Fridge + filtered water dispenser (cold and hot water) - 20 AMP power outlets stationed throughout shooting area - Comfortable couch - Upright steamer - (2x) Clothing racks + hangers - Workstation with charging dock - (2x) 6 ft. fold-out tables - Custom Fiber Wifi - Private bathroom - PLENTY of free parking Lighting & Grip (Available Upon Request): - 7x C-stands + gobo arms - Booms, umbrellas, v-flats, and more!!! Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

Vu was SUPER awesome! Really friendly and approachable in person when Vu came to help get me oriented with the space. Super communicative and helpful over Peerspace messaging as well. My client group LOVED the space- we did a branding shoot that really wowed them with the options that came with the space, and the white backdrop was truly wonderful for all of the shots we got with any and all of the different outfit changes that we had! Jasmin was also really supportive, and did a wonderful job being available for the close up/ lock up process. If I have more clients that want an elevated vibe with really awesome options for imagery and content variation like this again, I will TOTALLY come back and would love to come again!
