- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
This event space provides an intimate space with modern and elegant ambiance. With an open floor plan, a loft and open dining room area this space has all the glamour of a modern feel with coziness of a home. With a vaulted ceiling, lots of windows, and a fireplace, this space will have your guest in an oasis of serenity. This modern space can accommodate 15-20 people and can be utilized for a variety of events were an intimating setting is preferred, such as small baby showers, bridal showers, dinner parties, brunch parties, etc. Guest are welcome to use the kitchen, there are minimal cooking utensils. Please supply your own plates, cups, silverware, and napkins. Please advise if furniture will need to be rearranged or moved. This space comes with 13 seats, a dinner table that seats 4 but can be expanded to seat 6. Additional tables, chairs, and linen are available at an addition cost, check out the add-ons for more information.

This is my first time using Peerspace, and it was the best experience ever! I would always choose this over Airbnb. I had the worst host who cancelled my reservation at the last min. La Tonya made my brunch event the best ever!! Everyone else on Airbnb turned me away, but not her! Her Hospitality was out of this world!! She helped me decorate and set up everything for me! She's so kind, generous, flexible, and so much more!! I would definitely rent her spot again in the future. And she responds super fast!! AMAZING HOST HANDS DOWN!!!! She was very nice. First of all, I even came late, as I was supposed to be there for my birthday by 6:30pm to 11:30pm. But I had some issues and arrived by 7:30pm instead. She was very helpful, rushed to my car and offloaded everything we had. I was relaxing, while she helped set up my decorations for my 23rd birthday. My guest even thought I paid her for the extra services. She was so understanding and added an extra time after explaining to her. Nobody ever complained about her, she’s the best I swear. First time using Peerspace and I can give her a hundred stars. Thanks Ma. Please keep up the good work, we’re definitely booking again.

Her space is beautiful & spacious. Booked her place for a birthday party and could not have been more pleased with her space & how she greeted me & my friends. She answered all my questions very timely, let me tour the space, and was super accommodating. I had boxes and boxes of decor/items and La Tonya let me drop off early so that I could enjoy my hours prior to the party and that really makes a difference on event day. She was also very personable and really wanted to make sure my vision was executed. She even left me flowers to match my theme! Super sweet. It was a 10-person event and all my friends ranted and raved about how cute the place was and how perfectly sized it was. Will absolutely recommend La Tonya’s space to future bridal + social clients.
