All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This one of a kind space photographs beautifully. Graffiti clad walls juxtaposed by velvet chairs, leather sofas, and funky accents add texture and dimension to any shoot. This space also includes a 1,870 sq ft terrace with sweeping views of South Philly. Led by a professional Events Team who has worked with high profile TV and film shoots from all over the country. Features of the venue include: • Easy loading — dedicated loading docks, lift gate, and an XL passenger elevator. • Parking for 40 vehicles after school hours and on weekends. Unmetered street parking 24hrs/day. • Wide open spaces — plenty of room for large scale shoots to observe social distancing. • Concrete floors and 14' ceilings. • Southern exposure with three walls of ceiling height windows. • High end furniture throughout. • Opportunities for longer term bookings.

Parking description
Parking at the school across the street is permitted outside of school hours (weekdays after 5pm and all day on weekends). The lot holds approximately 40 self parked cars. Valet is permitted at the venue. Street parking is also widely available in the neighborhood.
General Rules

• Clients must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors
• Bookings include time needed for setup, breakdown, and load-out

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
