Our office is on the bottom floor of a classic brown stone building that has limited offices, which boasts a quiet atmosphere; perfect for focusing and collaborating. Our conference table seats a maximum of 10 people, with access to a 60” tv with streaming capabilities. Behind the conference table is a large seating area which is ideal for groups larger than 10, which is perfect for presentations (we have folding chairs available). Our space has 12’ ceilings with exposed beams, which creates a stylish, open, and spacious environment that is ideal for productive meetings and keeping on task. The showroom has a beautifully updated bathroom, along with (2) public bathrooms in the lobby outside of our door. We have (2) working kitchens that are equipped with full refrigerators, and a microwave, perfect for lunch meetings. Our prime location is near several great restaurants, which makes catering events easy and effortless. The building is completely secure with a keypad to enter, and 24/7 camera monitoring to ensure safety and comfortability. Located just a few blocks away from the Brown Line and from the highway, or location is easily accessible and accommodating for all travel methods. There is parking on all adjacent and surrounding streets, with a mix of free spaces, Garage, SpotHero and ParkChicago options.
