A modern event space equipped with a full kitchen. Great for business meetings, workshops, and other gatherings (up to 24 people). Tables and chairs are available for up to 24 guests. Tablecloths, utensils, and dinnerware are not provided. Kitchen facilities are available to store, prepare, and serve food & beverages. The building is in full ADA compliance, including the restroom. Wall-mounted TV and Bluetooth wireless speaker system are available for use. There is an attached outdoor patio with a natural gas grill available for use.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This was a terrific booking - Sebastian was an excellent host in all respects, the venue was wonderful, nicely arranged, perfectly situated for my purposes, visually attractive, and really well maintained. I was so glad to have found this site and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-lighted place for an event.

DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! Thanks so much Sebastian and team this place was wonderful! It had a great cozy vibe that made our small group comfortable. Sebastian was so attentive and answered all questions. This will be my event spot from now on. The space is gorgeous with great lights, clean, and plenty of room to move around in.
