REGARDING RESPONSE TIMES If you send an inquiry/message M-F between 9 AM and 5 PM, you will likely receive a response within minutes. Inquiries sent outside of this timeframe will receive a response the morning of the following business day. REGARDING MINIMUM RENTAL LENGTH In order to assure that the space can be professionally cleaned, sanitized, and ready for your event when you arrive, we require a minimum booking length of 6 hours. There is a 25% discount for rentals 8 hours or longer. ABOUT THE SPACE A modern event space equipped with a full kitchen. Perfect business meetings, workshops, and other gatherings (up to 30 guests). Kitchen facilities are available to store, prepare, and serve food & beverages. Attached outdoor patio with a natural gas grill available for use. Some utensils and dinnerware are available for use, but the selection is limited. Tablecloths are not provided. The building is in full ADA compliance, including the restroom. A flat-screen TV and Bluetooth wireless speaker system are available for use. EVENT FURNITURE AVAILABLE Four 8' x 30" dining tables (one fixed wooden table and three folding tables), a five-piece modular sofa, and up to 30 chairs are available for renters to use. Renters are welcome to mix and match as needed and arrange things themselves. Storage is available for any additional items that are not needed during the event.

We had a small lunch for about 20 people and this was the perfect abetting for our gathering. There was plenty of room and tables to use for the food and everyone to sit down. Everything was very clean and we really liked being able to connect our phones to the surround sound speaker system for background music. I would definitely recommend this space for small events.

Sebastian’s event space in Beaverton was perfect for the reception my husband and I hosted in celebration of my daughter’s college graduation. We are from out of town and I was looking for a place that would be like inviting people to our home. We planned on 20-25 people. A few less than that showed up. Lots of room for a food buffet on the counter. Plenty of space for guests indoors and for parking. Lovely comfortable space as pictured.
