All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Place was amazing. It was beautiful outdoor space. Perfect for any event. Host was available for anything we needed. He was very accommodating helped us with any questions we had. My family absolutely loved the space. It’s big enough to socially distance from people. It was extremely clean overall amazing experience. Would definitely book it again.

Eric's space was amazing and PERFECT for a 2020 party social distancing style. We had my son's 5th birthday party at this lovely property over the weekend and I could not have asked for a better experience. Eric and his team provide everything you need to have a successful event and they are available as much or as little as you need them during the event. The pony ride was a hit with the kids as well as the play ground area. He had ample space to put a rented bounce house next to the play ground and the kids were in heaven with all of the activities for them. For those looking for an adult venue, THIS ONE is also the perfect one. He has 3 HUGE TV's, surround sound, BBQ, hot tub and overall excellent ambiance. All of the adults wanted to stay later for an adult party because his space was just that awesome. I highly recommend Eric's place and would definitely use it again for another event.

The Host was very response. He answered all my questions in a timely manner. The backyard was incredibly spacious! Especially during these covid days, it was the perfect space. I really loved the vibe. Also Sal was very kind with helping us with the ambiance. He adjusted the lights for us a few times to create our bridal shower/Bachelorette party lit! We also had a movie night and used his surround sound system outside. We basically had a party and a movie night. I will definitely book this place again! And will for sure recommend 👌 to friends.

What a great place to host an event. My review is for 2 days as I stayed for Lakers game 5 and 6. Eric was super responsive after booking and having Sal on sight was great. The yard has tons of room to social distance, everything is clean and the stereo system is amazing. The jacuzzi gets warm and the pool has a great viewing experience of a tv. In total we spent over 13+ hours here and have zero negative things to say. Ow ya, has a drive way for parking which makes loading/unloading your stuff super easy. Thanks Sal for always being ready to help me out! See you in November for my birthday!

We rented Eric’s space for a very small get together and we all enjoyed it very much. He warmly greeted us right away and walked us through everything. The space was quiet, clean, and has all the amenities we needed. And not to mention the pool was amazing! It was exactly what we needed to get away from the heat and the pandemic. Thank you Eric!
