COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
The home is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each completed booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
My home is safe, clean, and conveniently and centrally located just 15 mins north of the airport, and 15 mins south of downtown Seattle. The perfect option for families and/or groups of friends, who want a space to gather and enjoy each other's company responsibly. The home has been both renovated and redecorated and has had several other recent updates to the property.

Parking description
Limited parking available: 2 cars can park in the secured parking lot in front of the property. All additional cars will need to park on the street. This is a residential neighborhood, and there is parking available in front of the neighboring homes, but is first-come, first serve. It is highly recommended that guests use RideShare options, to avoid parking issues.

YOU are solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of ALL persons accompanying you while on our premises.
CLEAN-UP
◘ Leave the space in the same condition you found it.
◘ Put furniture back in its original layout.
◘ Clean up spills and large messes (basic cleaning supplies are provided).
◘ Remove all of your own decorations.
◘ Place recycling, trash, & compost in the correct containers.
RULES
◘ NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI
◘ Do not stand on the furniture. If you need a ladder ask your host.
◘ No smoking or vaping inside.
◘ No open flames (candles, oil lamps, etc).
◘ No nails, screws, or heavy-duty tape that will damage the walls or paint. Thumbtacks and painters tape are OK.
◘ Our space expressly prohibits any illegal activity on its premises during the course of any rental.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
