All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Great meeting space for presentations. Conference rooms come with Smart TVs that have Google Chromecast for streaming capabilities. They also come with a PolyComm Conference phone and dry erase board. Seating avialable for 8 but large enough to fit 12 poeple comfortably. Guests are welcome to the common amenity space during their booking which includes unlimited access to the espresso machine and tea selections as well as beer on tap.

Plenty of metered street parking. Free street parking scattered throughout the neighborhood. Several parking lots within a 4 block radius. Close proximity to Chicago/Franklin El Stop which services the Brown and Purple Lines. Blocks away from Chicago's main expressway artery into the loop (Ohio/Ontario on and off ramp).
General Rules
Hours between 9am-5pm Monday through Friday only. No smoking on premises. Client is responsible for all guests.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
