All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Outdoor space suitable for a dinner party, small wedding ceremony, bridal shower, proposal, private celebration! Can come fully decorated. Enjoy gas fireplace, greenery, water fountain and herb garden. Food and drinks are allowed. Private Veranda is very relaxing and can be set up for you in your color scheme with seating up to 20 guests. We can help manage the event if needed. Owner is a wedding designer and planner.

Basic cleaning and trash removal is required. No kids and no pets allowed. We can assist with event management and cleaning if needed. No loud music is allowed. Dj is not allowed.
