We want you to have a great shoot and you'll find our staff professional and accomodating! CONDUCT Must maintain a respectful and courteous attitude toward studio staff. Guests may not travel around other parts of the facility without express permission from the Studio Managers. No Adult Film Production allowed. SAFETY You agree to ensure all of your crew members act in accordance with current CDC guidelines. You are personally responsible for your safety and that of your crew. No smoking or alcohol. OTHER COSTS We do not charge for standard wear and tear. We do charge for obvious damage to our facility as a result of your production. For example, if you drive a vehicle across the studio floor which leaves a light tire mark - we'd never charge you for that. However, If you dump a pile of bricks on our signature black glossy floor (which causes large cracks and major scuffs) you'd be billed for the cost of repair and lost revenue. ADDITIONAL CLEANING CHARGES The Studio should be returned to us in the condition that it was in when you rented it. At the end of your booking, if there is confetti or other items that we need to clean up, we will have to charge for that according to the time it takes to clean. RENTAL TIME Please aim to arrive up to 10 minutes before your booking. Your rental time includes setting up, breaking down, and clean up. The total time of rental is the time you arrive at the studio to the time you have left the studio (Including setup time and breakdown). If you are not out of the studio by the end time of your booking we charge in 1/2hr increments at 2X the rate.
