COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Thorough cleaning and sanitizing before every rental to ensure healthy and safe use.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Lighting description
Windows are 6' tall and can be mostly blocked with the 2" wide blinds. Morning and afternoon are the brightest times of the day.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
We can occasionally hear the neighbors, but not usually during the day when they are at work.
Not on a busy street. It's generally pretty quiet.
We do hear church bells in the distance, but they are lovely.
AC is very quiet as are the other appliances. We can occasionally hear the freezer drop ice, but that can be turned off if needed.

Equipment loading description
Loading can happen from the back alley entrance or the front entrance. The street out front is extremely wide, so double parking is an option, but there is often open parking anyway during the day.
The back alley entrance has a small parking lot and renters can use my dedicated space.
Both the front and the back entrance have 1 flight of stairs, which are wide and sturdy.

Electrical system description
Electrical is entirely new. Not sure the power rating.
Many outlets - either on each wall or up from the floor where there are brick walls.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
