All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
For parties, pop-up shops, photography or filming in the small San Bernardino mountain town of RUNNING SPRINGS, CA located between Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear. Vintage mountain downtown retail store with clothing racks, dressing rooms, meeting/dining area and lounge area. There is an ADA bathroom. The outside and original Christmas courtyard and Santa totem pole from the original Santa's Village are also available for filming and photography. This space is in the County of San Bernardino with no city site requirements. COVID 19 guidelines to be adhered to

General Rules
There space will be sanitized before each booking. There is an onsite property manager who will meet you and let you into the property. No painting or changes to the property without permission prior to booking. No smoking in the building or fire of any kind (we are in a forest, safety first) For catering with in quick walking distance there is NEO's Pizza, Hilltop Chinese Food, Tot's Mexican Food, Old Country Coffee Shop, Jenson's Grocery Store deli department. There are very affordable short-term rentals in the area.
