About the Space
The Largest Kitchen Studio in Los Angeles! Our new studio features over 10,000 sq. ft.+ of premium studio space and an additional 6,000 sq. ft.+ private parking garage making us one of the largest kitchen studios in the country. Our studio has everything you need to take your productions to the next level. Parking description
We have a 6,000 square foot parking garage located one block away from our studio which we allow for productions to use. We allow for 10 vehicles to park there free of charge.

There is a loading dock in the front of the space, you can fit a large vehicle within our space.

We have two green rooms as well as a conference room.
All rooms are available for shooting
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

400AMPs of Power with 100 AMP Cam-Lok System.
We also have many outlets throughout the space.
Circuit breaker can be accessed
General Rules
No smoking in the building.
No pets allowed.
Our studio rep must be present during the booking.
Trash should be removed daily. Garbage & recycling bins are located in the rear of the building.
Work stations and kitchen must be cleaned at the end of each day.
Food items must be stored overnight if booking for a multi-day shoot.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
Commercial General Liability insurance (ISO Occurrence Form CG0001 or equivalent), with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate and insuring against bodily injury, personal injury, death, property damage, and including coverage for broad form contractual liability, products-completed operations and liquor liability.
Furniture and decorations may be moved

Security cameras and recording devices
We have a video security system located throughout the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our studio is disinfected after each shoot to ensure the safety of our guests.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
