About the Space
This charming corner property is conveniently located near Laurel Canyon and Moorpark in Studio City. The whole property is extremely private as it is hiding behind tall hedges. The beautiful front yard makes you feel you're not in Los Angeles but rather somewhere in Europe. Each room of the house is designed to create the perfect backdrop for your timeless photos and/or videos. The rich elements of Baroque, Rococo and even Old Hollywood will elevate your photos and inspire your creativity. The pool has a cabana, towel cabana and 4 lounge chairs. The garage turned green room has 2 vanity tables, each with a mirror for hair and makeup, a tall makeup chair and a large working table. Follow us on Instagram: @europeanhousela

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This was by far the most amazing place I have ever booked for a photoshoot & kat went above and beyond as a host. Somehow the gorgeous photos of the space don't do it justice but it's truly a gem! Kat let us bring in props plus she had her own there for us to use. there is a greenroom / makeup space that was really helpful. There is no place like this, no detail was spared! do not hesitate to book! you will not be disappointed
