This candy-colored eclectic jewel in the desert is a regal old Hollywood glamor-puss that invited her younger Coachella hipster sister to the party. The Hollywood Regency and Baroque décor is signature Palm Springs in its 1960’s heyday and swanky 70’s. Each room celebrates original vintage furnishings and fashionable details of the times. Available for commercial and editorial photography, film, television and music video shoots, this stunning 1969-time capsule will enhance your artistic expression and creation for products in high fashion, beauty, music, jewelry, period film and television, and other forms of the visual arts. Designed by Los Angeles architect Cary Bigman and built by prominent Palm Springs builder Milton Seidner, this fantasy home is remarkably well-preserved with all of its original custom-made furnishings, wallpaper, curtains and tchotchkes from the era. The kitchen, however, has been remodeled and updated, in a style that compliments the vintage charm of the rest of the house. This inspiring space is currently available for film and television shoots, commercial and art photography only. Owners will consider other events on a case-by-case basis. All productions are required to complete a separate production agreement detailing additional terms and conditions. A copy of this is available upon request.

I can't express the candy coded dream this location turned out to be for my art project. The Hosts were very easy communicate with and got back to me and my production quickly to answer questions and help sort out the details of my booking. The prep space to stage was clean and provided us with easy access to the home there was ample parking and over all this location was very supportive to the production and creative process. This location is a historical gem and I was so honored to be able to create within it.
