Looking to get offline? Tired of meeting virtually but not everyone is ready to congregate due to the pandemic? Look no further! We already had an amazing backyard for parties and meetings, but now it's even better! We have converted what we lovingly refer to as "the Grove in the Burbs" to an awesome meeting venue. The Grove has 27 placed markers and plenty of additional space around the area. Perfect for hosting outdoor meetings, conferences, movie nights, weddings or anything you else you can think of. . . Markers have been placed at 6ft apart. Just grab a chair place it at a marker. When you're done, bring the chair back. What about a bathroom, you ask? There is a bathroom available for your use right inside the patio door. We will provide paper towels or hand towels for your guests to use if they want to open the doors without touching them with their hands. We do have an outdoor fridge you can use as well as coolers and a large metal tin. Patio space is not fully shaded, but does include: 1. a large griddle 2. a full size grill 3. a double burner station 4. A dutch oven station 5. 2 warming drawers 6. A nice size mini fridge There is a large table that can be separated seating up to 18 people depending on how it's arranged. There is also a 6 person conversation area and an awesome fire pit with 8 Adirondack chairs. Other chairs can be brought up to the pit easily. On the property, there are a total of: 20 stackable chairs 4 outdoor folding chairs 6 outdoor rocking chairs 8 Adirondack chairs 6 conversation area chairs 4 conversations chairs in the woods All chairs (expect the Adirondack and conversation area chairs) can be moved to fit your needs as long as they are put back where you found them. Rain solutions: 1. We have 2 umbrellas on the main patio 2. You can set up our 13 x 13 canopy tent (to be put back before you leave) 3. Access to 10 umbrellas (There is a $35 per unit replacement fee if stolen) 4. We are considering putting up a sun shade in the woods if we get enough requests. 5. If it is pouring for more than our typical GA short bursts, I will allow a rain date.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
