About the Space

We are a boutique creative and event space located in the historic Edgewood/MLK District, 1 block away from the Atlanta Street Car, and steps away from Slutty Vegan and Krog Street/beltline. This is an excellent space for a variety of gatherings - business/product launches, art shows, pop-ups, off site trainings, filming, brunches, and intimate celebrations. Seats up 40-50 comfortably. Kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator is attached. $150 on weekdays & weekends. No Smoking. Hookah is not allowed. Events with DJs require security add-on. Bluetooth speakers in space that allows streaming from various music apps (Apple, Spotify, Sonos, etc) Outside catering vendors are allowed. Prep kitchen only. Cooking is not permissible. Furniture is modular and can be moved about the space. Furnishings cannot be moved out of the space. NO EXCEPTIONS. Set up and break down/clean up time must be included in your booking. All food and beverages must be removed by end of booking. Kitchen counters and sink must be clean and free from food. (Cleaning supplies provided) Kitchen and venue space floors must be swept. Equipment/accessories, decor and all personal items brought in must be removed from kitchen, restroom and event space by end of booking. Grass wall should be free of all décor, signage, balloons etc. by end of booking. Glitter and confetti is not allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS. No pets allowed. Follow us on IG: @xcreativespaces

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings

The CUTEST spot, but more importantly, the BEST hosts! They made sure I had a walkthrough and access to everything I needed like WiFi and Bluetooth! The space was easy to live things around and set up for shooting content and truly making it a fun space! Will definitely book again!!!

The space and decor is absolutely amazing. They offered extra chairs, tables, bluetooh speaker, television, and the kitchen had extra supplies. The space has everything you need. The owners walked me through connecting to the bluetooth and the television. They were great and very helpful.

Yes, I would book again.

Host was friendly and responsive. Overall the space was nice and clean. However, there are a few issues preventing me from giving them a perfect rating. 1. The tables are old and heavy. Be prepared for some heavy lifting. 2. There is no allotted parking for guest. Guest must park along the street, pay for metered parking or host may choose to rent the parking lot at a ridiculous rate from a 3rd party. THIS WAS MY BIGGEST ISSUE/COMPLAINT 3. There is a section in the floor that is caving in 4. It’s upstairs so it may not be suitable for older guest

This venue is amazing! It's beautiful, clean an absolute joy to work in front an event planners perspective. From the location to the host (which they are amazing) very professional, accommodating, helpful and willing to go above the norm to help their clients have the best events ever! Their level of customer service is impeccable and always my first choice for small yet intimate affairs.
