Because it’s kinda “groovy baby”, the Austin Powers room is an eclectic meeting area that has the comfort of a den or living room. Featuring a portable whiteboard and wireless display, this conference room comfortably seats 10 as shown. It’s easy to add a few more chairs for a total capacity of 14 for meetings. This room is also a great area to utilize for an event with a 1st floor or whole house reservation and can be configured multiple ways. Perfect for a brainstorming, strategy or board meetings. Julie and the team at 1212 Germantown were exceptional hosts. They're responsive and accommodating - so gracious! The space is incredibly well appointed and served our group of 6 extremely well. There's plenty of parking, and it's easy to find. We will absolutely be using this space for meetings in the future.

The space was perfect and exactly what we needed! Julie and her team were incredibly hospitable! Everything was clean, comfortable, and inviting. We wouldn’t have asked for a better spot; so convenient to our office downtown yet still felt like a getaway/retreat. We will be back!

Space is as advertised. Very comfortable and in a really convenient location. We came from out of town to host a few focus groups and the space was just what we needed. Very clean and great amenities. I would return!
