With 750+ sq ft of indoor space, main area can support a formal dining / meeting space that seats comfortably up to 6, with additional seating in kitchen along with breakout spaces and lounge areas. Additional features include 70" TV display with AppleTV / Chromecast, 5-channel Dolby Atmos speakers, a bright modern white kitchen and private bath. Overall space is also flexible enough to be adjusted according to your event or production needs. Plenty of free parking, and if you feel like venturing out, downtown Noe Valley and Philz Coffee is a 2 min drive or 7 min walk away. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Great space, fantastic view. During covid, Ally stayed upstairs for the entirety outside of introductions, things were pretty easy from a shooting standpoint. Was not able to use the outdoor decks, I'd ask about those, as they look great. Ally is a nice host.
