All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Welcome to the Studio, south Atlanta’s only full service multimedia studio. Located in McDonough, Georgia. The Studio is a 2100 square foot state of the art facility that provides endless possibilities for any creative. Offering a wide range of creative studios including our post production studio, podcast studio and photography & video studio. We also have a multimedia conference that is perfect for meetings, presentations, etc. All studios are available to rent individually as well as the entire studio for private events such as art shows, popup retail shops, private movie screenings or an album listening parties just to give you an example.

General Rules
NO underage drinking on premises.
NO illegal drugs on premises.
NO smoking.
NO pets or animals.
NO glitter or confetti can be used.
No activities are allowed in the parking lot or outside of the studio.
If the studio is be rented for an event, all details must be provided.
No disruption to the other businesses.
RENTER & PAYMENT
The person renting studio space has to be 18 years of age and their state issued ID or drivers license has to match the card being used for payment.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and tear-down time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed.
STUDIO FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
