All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

This place is amazing! I booked this location 4 hrs in advance and Hector accepted my request in less than 30 minutes. Hector was extremely professional and helpful throughout the booking. Getting to the location was a breeze thank to the video directions that was provided! The location was clean and ready for us to start filming right away. I will definitely be booking with Hector in the future for other projects!

Booking at this location was a great experience. The condo has multiple rooms and played a vital piece in my videoshoot. Each room had its own character and brought out something different for each scene. Hector and I exchanged messages for about 2 weeks and he was super efficient with his response. I will say if you have 15 ppl or more attending then you should consider carpooling for some. There is enough spaces for about 10 separate vehicles. I wish we could access the front door for the visual, but we made an alternative ending. My event came out AMAZING and I am very satisfied with the results at this location. From small to large rooms its pretty spacious. If you have enough strength to get up those steps to the top it's a viable area especially when setting up lighting for a scene upstairs. Once again we are pleased with our experience and thank you to Hector for the continuous communication. I really appreciate it. Blessings, Freddy
